Sega telah mengumumkan rilisnya DLC Samba de Amigo: Party Central. Ada dua DLC yang sudah tersedia sejak tanggal 26 Oktober 2023. DLC ini adalah The Phantom Thieves of Hearts dan Virtual Singer Music Packs. Berikut adalah isi dari masing-masing DLC:

Pada tanggal 30 November 2023, Sega akan merilis DLC lainnya untuk Samba de Amigo: Party Central. Kedua DLC ini adalah Amigo’s Favorites Music Pack dan Party Music Pack.
