Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch (SIES) baru saja mengumumkan bahwa game Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain versi Traditional Chinese/Korean/English akan dirilis ke konsol PlayStation 4 seluruh wilayah dunia pada tanggal 11 April 2019 mendatang. Kamu sudah bisa melakukan pre-order lewat PlayStation Store wilayah Asia mulai hari ini.
Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain berbeda dari seri Earth Defense Force sebelumnya dan akan menghadirkan territory baru dengan EDF project yang benar-benar baru pula. Ber-setting tempat di planet Bumi yang telah hancur karena perang, petualangan baru ini menceritakan petualangan bersama EDF untuk menyelamatkan bumi dari kehancuran yang lebih parah. Game ini melanjutkan seri sebelumnya, Earth Defense Force 5, dengan bahasa (suara) Cina dan Korea, sehingga gamer bisa benar-benar mendalami cerita dalam Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain.
Gamer yang membeli game versi Initial Standard Edition, Digital Standard, Deluxe, atau Ultimate Edition sampai dengan tanggal 2 Juni 2019 lewat PlayStation Store wilayah Asia akan mendapatkan bonus spesial.
